Residential Design

It starts with a complimentary initial call to see if we are a good fit and what you're looking for from this experience. A 2-hour design consultation on-site follows, where we discuss your style preferences and budget, assess furnishings you currently have to work with, and draft up a design plan and contract - fees apply. A design for each room is carefully priced considering time allocated to design development, sourcing, and styling. All projects look different, so all pricing is different.

Whether you are looking to have your living room furnished, just moved into a new empty house, or just your bedroom revamped, feel like you're missing artwork, or want new decor that feels more unique to you, I am here for you!

Occupied Home Staging

It starts with a complimentary initial call to talk home size, timeline, and budget. A 2-hour walkthrough on-site follows, where I create a comprehensive report of suggested cosmetic changes and assess furnishings to keep for staging home, as well as items to place in storage - fees apply. A final style-direction and design plan is agreed upon before implementation. At this stage, the seller can opt to make changes themselves with their own contractors or hire us to complete the job! This final part of the service would include hiring & execution of all contractor work, layout implementation, styling, bed making, and professional cleaning.

Walkthrough report - $250.
Walkthrough report with suggested layout and styling - $350
Full design implementation priced based on sqft and external contractor rates.

Holiday Decorating Services

Let's get your home ready for the Holidays! Whether your hosting and want a tablescape that will WOW your guests, or just want an instagram-worthy living room for this winter, we can make that magic happen. Book a 15-minute complimentary consult with inspiration and budget in mind & we can come up with a decorating plan of action. Site visit, shopping & install will all occur within 3 days (schedules allowing).
