Residential Decorating
Whether you are looking to have your living room re-furnished, recently moved into a new space, or just your bedroom revamped, feel like you're missing artwork, or want new decor that feels more unique to you, I am here for you! There are lots of ways we can work together, so this process always starts with a complimentary initial call to see if we are a good fit and what you're looking for from this experience.
Personalized Lookbook: This is for the client's really lost in what their style actually is! Creation of a collaborative Pinterest Board to designate a design direction and keep your sights set on the final style you're wanting for your home. Creation of an on-going Facebook Marketplace Collection where I connect you with items that help you achieve your overall goal.

Designer for a Day: One all inclusive visit to your house to look at the trouble-areas, deliver onsite verbal suggestions and ideas, implement furniture movement as able, and shop for decor/art/small furniture items that would work to complete your vision. *Note: this works best for fully furnished rooms needing accessory changes and additions to feel more complete and cohesive. This service is not intended for blank-slate projects or multiple rooms.

Design Packages: All starting with a 2-hour on-site design consultation where we discuss your style preferences and budget, assess furnishings you currently have to work with, and draft up a general design plan and contract. Depending on the scope of your project, a Virtual Design Package or In-Person Package will be suggested. Next steps can include an on-site measuring visit, virtual design mood and concept boards, online and in-person sourcing, contractor hiring & management, ordering & procurement, all the way to in-person styling.

VIRTUAL DESIGN PACKAGE
includes...
+ Creation of up to 2 mood boards for each space - this is a design deliverable that demonstrates a clear aesthetic and direction for a space, complete with a color palette.
+ Creation of up to 2 concept board for each space - this is a visual representation how I would dress the space with linked specifically sourced wall treatments and FF&E, all shown together with existing architectural elements to show cohesiveness and connection.
*If you are sourcing your own FF&E, this board is to provide further visual direction, and the links for items in concept board will not be shared.
*3D renderings of completed and approved concept boards available upon request for additional $30 each.
+ Creation of accurate Space Plan from an on-site measurement visit. Unlimited layout orientation options presented and tested with both existing or new furniture items in each space.
* If measurements are provided by client instead of measurement visit, design success is not guaranteed and I am not responsible for the purchases of incorrectly sized items
+ For client's sourcing on their own: Creation of Client Sourcing Guide that explains the types of materials, silhouettes, combination of styles, wood finishes, patterns, etc. to look for to pull together the overall desired interior style. Consider this a roadmap to success!
IN-PERSON DESIGN PACKAGE

+ Personalized in-person shopping trips for FF&E
+ Logistics Procurement: Budget management, Ordering Schedule, Delivery tracking, and executing Returns for all items purchased
+ Hiring and overseeing of 3rd party contractors for completing Custom Building, Wall Treatments, Electrical changes, and Landscaping needs that are part of the suggested design.
+ Site visits as needed to implement FF&E and Styling: mounting wall art & curtains, dressing beds, steaming linens, and staging decor.

Occupied Home Staging
It starts with a complimentary initial call to talk home size, timeline, and budget. At Tier 1, a 2-3 hour walkthrough on-site follows the call, where I create a comprehensive report of suggested cosmetic changes and assess furnishings to keep for staging home, and those to keep in storage. For Tier 2, includes Tier 1 services plus a design direction, layout plan, and general styling suggestion virtual package is delivered after your contractor work is completed. At Tier 3, HHH implements the design after contractor work is completed in time for listing photos and showings! This includes sourcing any needed staging items, mounting art/window treatments/ making beds.
